Michael Bulik has been in the real estate profession since 1992 and is a resident of Dutchess County/Wappingers Falls since 1987. Born and raised in Westchester County (Croton-on-Hudson), Michael still has roots to his hometown environment. A real estate broker/manager since 1992, Michael has a passion for real estate that spans sales, management and agent development. Michael's career started with Coldwell Banker until he owned/operated his own company, Upfront Real Estate. Inc. from 1997 - 2002. Coldwell Banker bought Michael's company and Michael became General Manager overseeing 16 offices spanning 5 counties in the Hudson Valley.
On his philosophy of sales, Michael's approach is simple. He treats every customer as if they were the seller or buyer. Michael answers his phone, emails or texts immediately, does exactly what he tells you he will do and treats every transaction regardless of price with the same respect and professionalism. Working with a sense of urgency and passion are the differences Michael provides in the real estate industry.
